What is Niverly?
Niverly is a client signup and relationship tool. You share a signup link, each client fills in their own details, and Niverly organizes your list, reminds you of birthdays by email or Telegram, prepares the greeting for WhatsApp and offers a birthday benefit with a unique code. It runs in the browser on your phone or computer, with nothing to install.
How can I remember client birthdays without a spreadsheet?
Ask clients to sign up through your Niverly link, or import the spreadsheet you already have. From then on, Niverly sends you a daily summary of birthdays by email or Telegram at the time you choose, and you can set reminders days in advance.
Do clients need to download an app to sign up?
No. The signup is a web page: clients open the link or point their camera at the QR code, fill in their details in under a minute and that’s it. The details go straight into your contact list.
Does Niverly send WhatsApp messages on its own?
No. On WhatsApp, Niverly prepares the message with the client’s name and gift code, and you send it with one tap. That way it comes from your number and sounds like you. What’s sent automatically is the birthday email, available on paid plans.
How does the birthday benefit work?
You choose a gift, such as a discount, a service or a treat. Each client gets one unique code per year, valid during their birthday month. At the counter, you check the code, mark it as used and can record the purchase amount. The dashboard shows how many codes were used and how much came back in sales. The benefit is available on every plan.
Is it OK to ask clients for their date of birth?
Privacy laws such as Brazil’s LGPD allow you to keep personal data with the person’s consent and for a clear purpose. On Niverly’s form, clients must check a box authorizing you to store their details and contact them, and you choose which fields to ask for. Every automatic email has an unsubscribe link. It’s good practice to explain on your page how you use the information.
How is it different from Google Calendar or a spreadsheet?
A spreadsheet or calendar only stores what you type yourself, one contact at a time, and every reminder has to be created by hand. With Niverly, clients sign themselves up, alerts arrive every day, the birthday message is ready to send and the benefit shows who came back because of it.
Does the free plan have limits? Can I change plans later?
The free plan never expires and includes up to 15 contacts and 5 advance reminders, along with the signup link, daily alerts and the birthday benefit. When you need more, switch to a paid plan, and you can cancel anytime.
